FindFranchise is a franchise discovery and lead generation platform that connects prospective franchise buyers ("Seekers") with franchise brands ("Franchisors"). The Platform provides franchise listings, educational content, tools, and facilitates initial contact between Seekers and Franchisors. FindFranchise does not provide franchise brokerage, financial advice, legal advice, or investment advice.
By using the Platform, you agree to:
Provide accurate, truthful information in all forms and communications. Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation. Not impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation. Not collect or harvest information from the Platform without authorization. Not submit fraudulent, misleading, or spam lead requests.
The information provided on FindFranchise is for general informational purposes only. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of franchise listings, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any information. Franchise investment decisions should always be based on thorough due diligence, including review of the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), consultation with legal and financial professionals, and direct communication with the franchisor.
FindFranchise does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee any franchise opportunity listed on the Platform. The presence of a listing does not constitute a recommendation to invest.
When you submit an information request ("Lead") through the Platform, your contact information and submitted details will be shared with the relevant franchise brand. By submitting a Lead, you consent to being contacted by the franchise and/or its representatives regarding the franchise opportunity. You may opt out of further communications by contacting the franchise directly or by reaching out to us at privacy@findfranchise.com.
Franchise brands listed on the Platform agree to: provide accurate and up-to-date information for their listings; comply with all applicable franchise laws and regulations, including FTC Franchise Rule requirements; respond to qualified leads in a timely manner; not engage in deceptive or misleading practices. FindFranchise reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these obligations.
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, design, and software, is the property of FindFranchise or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Franchise brand names, logos, and trademarks displayed on the Platform are the property of their respective owners and are used with permission for listing purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindFranchise and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any franchise investment decisions made based on information obtained through the Platform. Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to access the Platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FindFranchise, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.
FindFranchise reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Travis County, Texas.
